Timer Mode

You can change this only before starting. In Manual Mode, you switch between focus and breaks manually.

Display

When hiding the countdown during focus, it may be harder to notice when a focus session ends. We recommend enabling sound effects.

Edit time presets?Click or tap to register and edit time presets.

Only filled-in presets can be selected from the time settings dialog.

Edit tags?Click or tap to register and edit tags.

You can register up to 8 tags. Blank tags will not appear in the main screen selector.

Edit work note templates?Click or tap to register and edit templates.

You can register up to 8 templates. The name appears in the selector, and the body is inserted into the focus notes field. Empty templates are not shown.

Backup / Restore?Click or tap to back up and restore data.

Use "Export Data" to export focus logs, Todo, notes, and templates as a JSON file.
If you delete browser history or site data, your records may be lost. Save a data file when needed.
For details, open "Data Storage and Disclaimer" at the bottom of the screen.

Data Storage and Disclaimer

Data Storage

• Focus logs are also saved automatically in localStorage in your browser. Work notes, focus logs, and results are not sent to or saved on the administrator’s server.

• Records and settings are saved in your browser. In incognito/private browsing, data may not be saved or may be deleted when you close the browser.

• To save an external file, open "Backup / Restore" in Settings and press "Export Data." If you delete browser history or site data, focus logs and tasks saved on this page may be lost.

• Before deleting history or site data, save a JSON file with "Export Data." After deletion, restore it with "Import Data." Saved records may not load correctly in some browsers or devices.

• If you save the data file to a cloud service such as Google Drive, you can import it on another device to continue using the data.

• Data files include focus notes, Todo, notes, and templates. Be careful not to share them with others.

• This tool is provided to help with personal work and study logs. The administrator is not responsible for lost records, missing records, display issues, or any other damage caused by using this tool.

• Records and totals may differ from actual work due to timer behavior, browser status, or device environment.
